AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NOISE RESTRICTIONS AND GENERAL QUIET HOURS WITHIN THE CITY OF OAKLEY

On February 22, 2023, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2023-02 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, March 1, 2023.

Ordinance 2023-02 repeals and replaces any existing city ordinances that involve the regulation of noise or that are in conflict and establishes new regulations for the regulation of noise.

This ordinance is available in its entirety for viewing at the Oakley City offices, located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah 84055, Monday thru Thursday during the hours of operation 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or on our website at www.oakleycity.com
