AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF OAKLEY CITY SECTION 3.011.010 REGULATING THE DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTY

On January 25, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2023-01 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, February 2, 2023.

Ordinance 2023-01 repeals and replaces any existing city ordinances that involve the disposal of real property and establishes new regulations for the disposal of real property in compliance with Utah State Code Annotated (UCA 10-8-2(4).   The City defines a significant parcel of real property to be 0.25 acres.
