PLEASE NOTE: Public Comments are invited for the public hearing portion of a Planning Commission meeting only.  Those attending who wish to speak during a Public Hearing must first identify themselves and limit their comments to two minutes.  Those who wish to submit written comments must deliver said comments to the City Recorder no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the commission meeting.  Written comments will become part of the written record.   Public hearings will be conducted according to Robert’s Rules of Order.
