Oakley City Arenas

Dimensions:  

Outdoor Arena:  225 ft. long x 130 ft. wide, northeast entrance gate is 13 ft. wide x 11 ft. tall

Outdoor Warm Up Arena:  212 ft. long x 78 ft. wide 

Indoor Arena:  185 ft. long x 100 ft. wide with a limited number of stalls and pens located inside the arena

Outdoor Covered Stalls: 12 ft. x 12 ft. each, (96) stalls located north of the outdoor arena

Outdoor Pens: (100) pens located throughout the complex

Open Ride

Open ride is available to anyone with an annual, monthly or day pass for use of the indoor arena.

Monthly Pass:

To purchase a monthly pass please contact the Oakley City offices.

Day Pass:

To purchase a day pass, you may use our drop box located at the arena or contact the Oakley City offices to make payment.

Open Ride Schedule:

Mon. - Fri. Daily Until 3:30 PM       Sat. 1-10 PM         Sun. 2-10 PM

**You may use the arena for open ride time outside of the hours listed above ONLY if it is not already rented for a 2 hour block. You MUST check the online calendar prior to showing up.

Props are only allowed on certain days during open ride times. Examples of props are ropes, lunge-lines, barrels, poles, jumps, roping dummies etc.  

• Odd Number Days:  Props are allowed until 12:30 PM. No props are allowed from 12:30 PM -3:30 PM.
• Even Number Days: No props until 12:30 PM. Props are allowed from 12:30-3:30 PM.
• Thursday Night Odd Days: No props 8-10 PM.
• Thursday Night Even Days: Props 8-10 PM.   

 If you bring your dog with you to the arena during open ride it must be on leash.  All dog waste is your responsibility to dispose of. 

Hourly Rental Policy

All private rentals are available in two-hour blocks. Blocks may not be booked by the same party back-to-back. All Rentals must be paid for upfront to reserve your time.  In addition, a $500 security deposit is required on file in the Oakley City Offices. Note: These rates do not apply for Special Event Rentals.

• Private Rentals are not available during scheduled Open Ride times.
• Private Rentals may be superseded by a Special Event Rental.

Practice Night: Starts Thursday November 2, 2023 thru May 2, 2024

Tuesday nights: 4 PM - 7:30 PM

Thursday nights: 4 PM - 7:30PM

Participation Pass Options:  Pay $35 each practice night: pre-register by scanning QR Code below by 3 PM day of or scan QR code @ arena (CASH, CHECK, IOU'S NO LONGER ACCEPTED)

                                                   Monthly Pass (1st - 30th/31st of each month): Nov-9 nights = $280, Dec-8 nights = $245, Jan-9 nights = $280, Feb-9 nights = $280,

                                                                                                                                      Mar-8 nights = $245, Apr-9 nights = $280

                                                   Full Season Pass (53 practice nights) 10/26/23 - 5/2/2024: $1,590.00 (price includes $5 off each night)
