Non-Resident: $150 per day

A deposit of $500 is required for reservation. This fee will be reimbursed upon a cleaning check by Oakley City Staff following your event. 

*All renters must show proof of residence in the form of a utility bill or other valid documentation to secure reservation for the local price. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the full price.
